ACCESS for Ohtsu:
After landing at Kansai International Airport, take a JR train named "HARUKA" which takes you directly to Kyoto (75min).
From Kyoto station to Ohtsu station, take a JR train (bound for Maibara =Biwako Line). It takes about 10 min between Kyoto and Ohtsu by semi-express or by omnibus and the frequency is quite high. ( Very rarely, HARUKA goes to Ohtsu. Please check it when you buy the tickect at the Airport station)
